Crochet Witch Hat Key Chain Pattern

Needed

Yarn: whatever colors you want for the hat and ribbon medium weight yarn (I used all bernat premium yarn but all you really need is yarn that is all the same thickness)
Hooks: 5.00mm
Other supplies: embroidery needle
Stitches: magic ring, single crochet stitch (sc), chain stitch (ch), 2 sc in a stitch (inc), and remove stitch (dec)

Pattern

  Hat (5.00mm hook)

1: magic ring with 6 sc
2: sc 2, inc [2 times]
3: sc 3, inc [2 times]
4: sc 4, inc [2 times]
5: sc 5, inc [2 times]
6: sc 6, inc [2 times]
7: sc 7, inc [2 times]
8: sc 8, inc [2 times]
9: sc 9, inc [2 times]
10: sc 10, inc [2 times]
11: 3 sc, inc [6 times]
12: 4 sc, inc [6 times]
13: 5 sc, inc [6 times]
14: 5 sc, dec [6 times]
15: 4 sc, dec [6 times]
16: 3 sc, dec [6 times]
17: 2 sc, dec [6 times]
18: sc, dec [6 times] 
19: dec 6
(fasten off, sew up bottom, use tail to pull on bottom to make sure it goes in instead of out)

Ribbon (5.00 mm hook)

1: ch 15
(fasten off, sew both ends into same loop of the hat part)
